- Being well informed and updated about the admission process of Overseas universities.
- Coordinating and follow-ups with Overseas Universities to generate student offer letters.
- Follow up on pending documents, extensions, deferrals or any other requirements with the Universities.
- Building a rapport and maintaining good relationships with Overseas Universities.
- Active participation and contribution during education fairs, university visits and in-house seminars/ webinars organized by the company.
- Coordinating with Branches/ Associates for pending documents, payments or any other requirement.
Candidate’s Profile
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should possess good knowledge about Indian and Overseas Education systems.
- Should be qualified as a graduate or equivalent with the knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Should have at least one year of experience, preferably in customer service.
- Should have a good personality with a positive approach and the ability to work in a team.
- Should be aware of the global current affairs.
Timings: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Friday), and 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (on Saturday)
Work Days: Alternate 5 and 6 days working with a fixed Sunday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Looking candidates from Healthcare background only. Experience in Admission/ Billing, Discharge.
- Knows all the Admission to Discharge Policies.
- Coordinating with corporate for resolving the queries regarding the admission or the procedure.
- Ensuring all the reports are properly send to report dispatch and the department is functioning smoothly.
- Ensure the smooth admission, OPD procedures for the High profile patients. To keep a track of optimal utilization of beds.
