We are expanding our marketing function and are looking for a MARCOM (Marketing
Communications) lead. This position is equivalent to Senior Marketing Manager, that is next to AVP of Marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Become the voice of the brand by reviewing and polishing all the communications which are sent out under the brand’s profiles (Social Media,
Website, transactional and promotional content (emailers, WhatsApp messages, SMS etc).

2. Build a content-driven community via blogging, by drafting a strategic plan and editing/reviewing the content submitted by content writers.

3. Lead the development of product-oriented content, such as guides, walkthroughs etc.

4. Develop sales-oriented content, such as pitch templates, promotional banners etc.

5. Write Ad-Copies and assist with content for performance marketing.
6. Develop content for landing pages that are used for promotional campaigns.
7. Review internal communications and assist with aligning the content to branding guidelines.
8. Manage PR team and all media communications.
9. Develop case studies of the product’s success.
10. Develop a strategy. for organic growth of social media channels and lead the social media team, tracking their KPIs and optimizing them.

Requisites:

1. We are based out of Noida. Since this is a leadership role, you’ll be expected to work from an office at least 5 days a week. The office is 6-days working, however, Saturdays can opt for work from home when desired.

2. Although there are no restrictions on working hours spent at the office, you’ll be expected to ensure that the content function is running smoothly without lags or delays, while leading it to contribute to the revenue of the company, directly or indirectly.

Job Purpose

The Content Studio Coordinator is responsible for triaging Content Studio requests using a project management tool (Wrike) by monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects. During the process, it involves gathering necessary and missing information, ensuring timely allocation of requests, following up with stakeholders and content producers, and providing reports and analysis to manage and optimize content delivery.

Dimensions

This position is part of Marketing’s Content Studio and reports to the Senior Director Content Operations and Web Strategy.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Review Studio requests for completeness, follow up to request additional required information, and allocate projects to Studio Managers based on established business rules.
  • Maintain and update the content project management system to ensure deadlines are being met and follow up with stakeholders and content teams as required.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
  • Provide backup support for other members of the content operations team as requested.

Important Working Relationships
